Philippe is delighted to announce that he will be hosting Sonia Bichet MOF and together they will present a “four hands” dinner on April 10. 

MOF, Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, is a title that is won at a rigorous competition that is held every four years and is a symbol of excellence in France’s artisan industries. Ms Bichet’s specialty is Fishmonger, having successfully competed in the 8 hour competition in May 2023.

Since winning the title Ms Bichet has been on a world tour and will be in Australia in April. The exclusive dinner will feature the best of Australian seafood and is sure to sell out.

The dinner is $280 per person, food only.
