Cassoulet is a rich, slow-cooked casserole originating in the south of France, it is probably the most famous slow cooked meal in France, it is the perfect dish to share among family and friends!
Our cassoulet contains confit duck leg, pork belly, Toulouse sausage and white beans. The dish is named after its traditional cooking vessel, the cassole, a deep, round, earthenware pot with slanting sides.
