Our annual truffle dinner is on again. Join us for a 5 course dinner, and let Philippe showcase Australia’s best truffles

$180 per person, 5 courses menu in the main dining room

$240 per person to dine at Les Tables Des Chefs, for an interactive 6 course menu (maximum 4 people)

Le Salon Paul Bocuse – 6 course menu in the private dining room $2400 ($240 per person, maximum 10 people)

In 1991 Philippe Mouchel arrived in Melbourne to launch Paul Bocuse at Diamaru, from there he would go on to Langton’s, Red Hill Winery, The Brasserie by Philippe Mouchel & PM24. Flash forward 25 years & we have Philippe Restaurant

Philippe has worked with & mentored some of Melbourne best chefs, who are honoured to cook with Philippe on this night. Scott Pickett (ESP, Estelle) Joe Vargetto (Mister Bianco, Massi) Stuart Bell (Ten Minutes by Tractor), Barry Davis (Red Hill, Le Cordon Bleu),  Simon Consentino (Mr Hendriks) Sascha Randle & Philippe will all prepare a course for you
